How to make kothu chapatis like kothu parota for kids?

Although many of us want to eat delicious food, we are confused about how to do it and many times we are lazy. So we spend many weekends in hotels. Although there are various dishes like idli, dosa, bread rice, chicken rice, most of the children prefer Kothu Parotta. This is why many times we make bunches of prota in our homes too. But what? We have heard mothers saying that eating prota is bad for health and not to eat too much. No more worries. Did you know you can make kothu chapatis like kotu proto for kids? Here are the recipe tips for it.
Ingredients:
- Chapati – 6
- Onion - 3
- Tomatoes - 2
- Ginger garlic paste – as required
- Chilli powder- 1 tbsp
- Green chillies – 2
- Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves – as required
- Salt- as per taste
- Oil- required quantity
Kothu Chapati Recipe:
- First make the chapati by kneading the chapati dough as always.
- Then finely chop onions, tomatoes, green chillies etc. Grind the ginger garlic paste and keep it ready.
- After this, cut the chapati to pieces and then heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onions, green chillies, tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and sauté well. Add chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt to this and sauté well.
- Then after putting the chapati pieces with it, pour the Kuruma and mix it well like making parota and boil it well. Sprinkle water lightly with this and boil for some time. When the chapati turns golden, just sprinkle coriander leaves and drop it and the delicious bunch of chapati is ready.
- If you are vegetarian then you can make Kothu Parota using only Veg Kuruma. If you are a non-vegetarian, add chalna and egg to make a delicious bunch of chapatis. Don't worry about dry chapati anymore. Now make bunches of chapatis according to the children's liking.
