Eat citrus fruits


Many people are under pressure of work. 
And not paying much attention to taking proper food. This causes dark circles under the eyes. People suffering from this problem should eat foods rich in vitamin C. Because vitamin C protects cells from free radicals and prevents dark spots from forming. So make sure that your daily diet includes citrus fruits like lemon, gooseberry, kiwi and berries.

Vitamin E should be taken

Include vitamin K

Vitamin K plays an important role in repairing damaged tissue. Include cabbage, leafy greens and broccoli in your daily diet. It protects your skin.

Clean your face frequently with a good cleanser while taking the above foods. And always try to eat only healthy foods.

Avoid taking only food products and make it a habit to drink at least three liters of water a day. Also plan to finish dinner by 7pm.

All these together should ensure eight hours of restful sleep. If you start making these changes, you will see an unexpected change in your face within a few days.
