Is it good to drink water at night?
Drinking water before sleeping has benefits and disadvantages for the body. We do many things everyday. For that our body and muscles take a lot of effort. Due to this, the body loses more water.
Due to this, the water content in us decreases. Also, lack of sleep makes the body tired and uncomfortable.
Drinking water before sleeping at night depends on each person's
body type. Drink enough water to keep your body hydrated, not too
much. By cutting down on spicy or spicy foods at night, you can avoid
having to drink more water.
Benefits of drinking water before going to bed:
· Normally our body loses water during the day. Not getting
enough hydration can disrupt your sleep at night. But drinking water
before sleeping will keep you hydrated. It will also solve your sleeping
problem.

lot of stress on your muscles. Drinking water before going to bed at night
is beneficial for muscles.
· When we sleep, body temperature naturally decreases. Whereas
drinking water before going to bed helps regulate body temperature. It
also prevents sleep disturbances due to overheating of the body at night.
· Dehydration can lead to dry throat and nasal problems. This
can cause snoring and mild apnea during sleep. So if you want to prevent
it, it is better to drink water before going to bed at night.
· Drinking a cup of hot herbal tea or a glass of fresh water before going to bed can have a positive effect on your body. This habit sends signals to your body that it's time to rest. It relaxes the body and induces sleep.
